I am writing to congratulate all members of the Clear Solar team from sales through to installation personnel on a wonderful and professional job completed at our home in Airport West. We have been renovating our home for some time now and have had dealings with many tradesman and sales representatives and both Max and myself have found the team at Clear Solar to be one of the most professional and efficient group to have worked with us on our home.
The sales staff have answered all our questions and completed all follow ups extremely efficiently and promptly and it has been a pleasure to deal with both of them. ( Hoping they can say the same for us !!! ). Daniel the installer was patient, informative and a professional at all times, even giving us a web site to look at if we wanted any more information at a later date.
I would not hesitate to recommend Clear Solar as we found them all to be a professional group which will listen to our needs and concerns on this project.
We would like to wish you all the best and looking forward to including Clear Solar into our next project.

Good morning Matthew.
I wanted to bring to your attention how impressed I was with the level of professionalism I experienced from your organisation in particular from Marie de Rooy.
I heard your advertisement on 3AW yesterday whilst in the car called your telephone number and spoke with Marie. Firstly I have to say, my initial encounter was speaking to someone that actually smiled whilst they're talking and you could tell when someone enjoys their job, it certainly was reflected in her voice and it came across like that on the other end. Secondly, I am very impressed by her knowledge of your product and her professional conduct in a number of ways for example -: she called back twice as promised, firstly, when I requested she call at 6pm and secondly, when I asked her to call back at 7pm as my partner would be interested to hear what your organisation was offering as she is responsible for all the billing administration.
Marie listened attentively to what our situation was and the plan we are on with AGL. She tried to do the comparison and demonstrate the comparison on what the cost saving would be with Clear Solar. Unfortunately, at this stage it was not going to be beneficial or cost effective for us to sign up with Clear Solar based on our existing plan with AGL. What we are most impressed about was the follow up she did even though there was no sale in it for her or Solar Clear.
I wanted to let you know we have encountered a quite unique and rare glimpse of a true professional telesales person such as Marie. It was delightful dealing with a friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, sincere, honest sales person that promised, what they said they would do and did it. I was truly surprised and captivated to receive a follow up call this morning and an email from Marie to hear her say that she had discussed our situation further with management to see if you could help us in purchasing your solution.
Without sounding too much like a skeptic in today's world we receive countless of telemarketing/telesales calls and in business today a lot of people promise to do something and in most cases don't, it was a relief and a breath of fresh air to experience what we did from Marie. I wish more so called professions would go that extra mile and over deliver than under.
Even though at this stage will not be purchasing your solution I would not hesitate recommending it to colleagues and friends to have a look at based on our experience my partner and I had from Marie. It is a credit to you and your organisation to know that you have true professionals working for you. I hope in the future should our situation and AGL plan change, I would have no hesitation contacting your organisation.

I would like to take the time to thank all the Clearsolar representatives I have dealt with re the installation of my solar panels.
My first contact was with Robyn, who was courteous and most helpful and gave me confidence in the company I was considering for solar panels.
The man who came to inspect and complete the paper work was equally pleasant to deal with; and the installation team were great too.
When things hit a bit of a hurdle with the change-over meter - there was Audrey to set things right!
She followed through quickly and efficiently and made sure I knew what was happening.
Such a nice lady to deal with.
I know we are quick to criticise when things go wrong, but I wanted to ensure you know that dealing with your company staff was a very positive experience.
I have no hesitation in recommending Clearsolar to my friends and colleagues - and people commenting on the sign at my gate.

G'day Clear Solar Team.
Just a quick email to say thanks for everything. The solar system went in a few months back and everything is working very well.
The Installer was on time and very friendly. The install looks fantastic, the panels look really nice and the inverter on the outside wall does not look out of place . The panels took up a lot less space on the roof then expected, I can now get the solar hot water put in without worrying about no roof space remaining.
My parents signed up for an install at the same time, there system is installed and also working wonderfully. It is now a competition to see whos system is generating more power. They also commented on the professionalism of the Installer, on time, very tidy and excelent install quality.
I was away for a month and was very happy that i got about $50 dollars back off my bill from all the power going back into the grid!
I hope things are still really busy for you, Can't go anywhere now days without hearing the Clear Solar jingle.
Once again, thank you and everyone down there for a great job. Add me to the list of very happy customers.

Dear Paul,
I'm writing on behalf of my neighbors, Colin and Ruth, and myself to let you know how happy we were with the speed of the installation of our solar panels and inverters so soon after our rebate was granted.
We were delighted with Jarryd, who came to install our systems. Even though Jarryd's role was not supposed to be one of consultation, I wish to acknowledge that he happily spent the time helping us decide where to place the panels and inverters and professionally anwered our many questions. I was personally impressed with Jarryd's thoroughness and workmanship, he is certainly an asset to your organisation.
We have our electrical inspections next week and are looking foward to the completion of the process and many years of solar power.

I am writing to you today just to inform you that we would like to keep our carbon emission certificates at this point in time, if you could please arrange this and let us Know we would appreciate it.
We would also like to thank every one at clear solar for the fantastic job they did on installing our solar system. We are thrilled to be running on solar power and from the moment it was turned on we have all found ourselves changing our bad habits! No more leaving on lights, power points and electrical items in general, even my eleven year old son has changed his habits and no longer leaves the computer ect running and is constantly out at the electrical box to check how much power we have produced for the day. I am sure that there will be future projects at school to be done on our system. I would recommend clear solar to anyone looking at installing solar power, everyone involved made the whole process pain free!
